Frequently asked question

How should I care for my flowers before shipping them to you?

To ensure your flowers are in the best condition for preservation, please handle your bouquet with care on the day of your event. Avoid bruising or tearing petals by handling them gently and refraining from tossing the bouquet.

Crucially, do not put your bouquet in a fridge or freezer during or after your event. This will cause the flowers to wilt and mold at a faster rate, making them unable to be preserved.

How many flowers should I send?

A standard bridal bouquet usually contains enough flowers for most orders. If you are placing a larger order, you can send an additional bouquet to ensure we have enough flowers for your chosen products.

Can you preserve flowers that have already been dried?

Absolutely! We can preserve both fresh and already-dried flowers, so everyone has a chance to create a beautiful keepsake. As long as the flowers haven't molded, we can turn them into a timeless piece of art.

How should I care for my resin products after receiving them?

Your flowers are preserved in a high-quality, durable resin. To keep your product looking its best, handle it with care and avoid leaving it in direct sunlight, as this can cause discoloration over time. You can occasionally wipe it down with a lint-free cloth to keep it clean.
