Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Resin & Wick! We are a small business that handcrafts each item with care. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

All our products are handmade to order. Our current processing time is 3-5 business days before your order is shipped. This does not include weekends or public holidays. For custom orders, such as wedding flower preservation, processing times may vary and will be discussed with you directly.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your order and your location. We ship to all addresses within Ireland.

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 2-4 business days after processing.
    • Carrier: An Post
  • Express Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 1-2 business days after processing.
    • Carrier: DPD.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as postal service issues or busy periods. Once a package is handed over to the courier, we have no control over the delivery time.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey on the carrier's website.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at theresinandwick@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. Please note that a package is not considered lost until after a certain number of days have passed, as per the carrier's policy.

5. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.

6. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Ireland. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
